Just wanted to share a recent experience. In March, my husband printed out a listing for a house in Cape Cod that he wanted to see. (Mind you, I had no idea we were even looking.) But I did have a e-PRO acquaintance, Deirdre Leyden, who covered the Cape, so I gave her a call. Also a lengthy list of questions regarding the property. Later that day, she had all the answers, and an appointment set up. We met for the 1st time at the showing. The house was a mess with tons of potential, and very motivated sellers, and we made an offer. Michael got the listing agent to present it immediately, and we headed back to RI for a sleepless night. Or so we thought. 20 minutes later, Deirdre called to congratulate us. Then, the inspection, where Michael proved to be a terrific negotiator. And the contracts. Even when I MISSED A DEADLINE, Deirdre took care of everything. They had referrals for all our needs, and were always available. We closed last Friday, on my husband's birthday.  I will refer The Leyden Team to EVERYONE who is interested in buying or selling on the Cape.
