The Leyden Team, Michael and Deirdre, have been working together for many years. Prior to becoming Realtors they worked with the international firm of Primerica Financial Services. Michael was a Regional Vice President, responsible for hiring and training a large sales force, and marketing personal insurance products. Michael owned a construction company in Connecticut before relocating to the Cape 35 years ago. He continued on the Cape specializing in finish carpentry. His past experience gives him great personal knowledge in local building issues and codes.
Deirdre holds an Associate Degree in banking and finance, and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Bryant College. She has many years customers service experience in the banking, insurance, and medical fields.
The Leydens have continued their Real Estate education throughout their career, attending the National Association of Realtors® annual conference. They have spoken at the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® annual conference. They continue to pursue educational opportunities to better serve their clients, earning the ABR and SRES designations. Deirdre holds the e-Pro and SFR certifications from the National Association of Realtors® They are both members of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
The Leydens are among the top listing and selling agents on Cape Cod, and have been consistently Top Producers throughout their entire career.

The Cape Cod Viking 200, annual Cardboard Boat Regatta, has been held at Sundancers. The initial 22 foot Viking long boat won the Best Design award in the first annual cardboard boat race sponsored by the Dennis Chamber of Commerce, and was in the Yarmouth Seaside Festival Parade 10/9/05, and the first annual St. Patrick's Day Parade in Dennis 3/11/06.
